Weddings and Dining at The Captain Linnell House

Built by Captain Ebeneezer Linnell for his bride in 1840 and restored by the Conways to its rightful place as one of the Cape Cod's most distinguished dining spots, the Captain Linnell House's original rooms have been left intact, offering a series of intimate and romantic dining rooms. One dining room overlooks the lily pond tucked into a garden and another has an old wood-burning fireplace to warm chilly winter evenings.

All dining rooms are elegant with china and table linens and large windows looking out over the gardens surrounding the building. The restaurant also features a full bar and lounge area.


Chef Owned

Chef Owner Bill Conway offers up delicately seasoned seafood favorites as well as beef, chicken, veal and duck choices. Expertly prepared classic fare is always the order of the day at The Captain Linnell House – from appetizers of iced Wellfleet oysters on the half, to escargots and baby spinach salad, to entrees of rack of lamb, grilled salmon, roast duckling and pork tenderloins.

Fresh muddled cucumber & lemon mixed with Hendrick’s gin, cranberry juice & soda water,

Kentucky Appletini
A twist on the modern classic. Made with Maker’s Mark bourbon, still sweet,
but more Red Delicious than Granny Smith, served with cinnamon sugar rim. $12

Vesper Martini
The classic James Bond martini, made with Beefeater gin, Stolichnaya vodka &

Eagle Wing
A martini in tribute to the ship that still holds the world record set in 1855 by Captain Linnell,
from England to China 83 and a half days. Made with Bombay Saphire, finished with Absolut Mandarin
and glancing of vermouth, with a lemon twist. $11

Irish Sangria
Inspired by the Emerald Isle that takes Jameson & sauvignon blanc in an unexpected
and delightful direction with apple & melon cordials.$11

Polar Bear
A creamy martini cocktail inspired by all the variations of a White Russian,
it cools and warms, whatever the season. $11

Rebecca’s Strawberry Cosmo
Named in honor of the Lady of the House, a variation made with fresh muddled
strawberries, lemon juice, simple syrup, Cointreau & Kettle One vodka.$12

The Rose
A delicate blend of Peach vodka, freshly squeezed lemon and real pomegranate juice
served up with a light sugared rim. $10.50

Skaket Martini
Formerly the Rock Harbor Summer martini, this Linnell favorite is a blend of Coconut Rum,
orange vodka and pineapple juice garnished with an orange twist. $12

Shelly’s Tiny Bellini
Sparkling white wine with Peach de Monin nectar and hint of fresh lemon. $8.50

Mojitos
